Selfie WRLD Team Member
Responsible for assisting parents/guardians, children and guests for the duration of the assigned session time; and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Must have an energetic, outgoing personality and ability to get along with a variety of personalities. Applicants must have transportation to and from work, good character in and outside Selfie WRLD, work well with others and excel in a team-oriented, fun environment.
Ability to multi-task is essential, knowledge of social media preferred and must be able to work weekends.
- Hours available for hire: 10-25 hours/week
- Pay starting at $14.25-$15/Hour + Tips
Duties include:
- Assist with parties
- Enthusiastically welcome customers
- Sanitize lights, remotes and props (sports balls, fake diner cups, etc), lights and remotes
- Swiffer/Sweep booth floors and walkways
- Vacuum entryway
- Empty garbages
- Take pictures if needed

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

Collect payments whether in cash or credit

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Greet customers when entering or leaving the store

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Lifting no more than 50 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 15 pounds frequently

Standing and walking for up to 6 hours of an 8 hour day
Attire: Jeans/shorts and Selfie WRLD t-shirt (provided)
